Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Powder

by ,

To say I love Charlotte Tilbury products is, well, an understatement. I’m completely obsessed. CT products are a little slice of heaven, all wrapped up in glittering, rose-gold packaging. It’s my kinda product line.

After falling for her Dolce Vita eyeshadow quad, Wonder Glow primer and lipstick, I decided to add a face powder to my haul. I’ve actually been lusting after the Airbrush Flawless Finish powder for ages but at €42, it’s certainly not cheap.

Of course I caved and here it is, in all its gorgeous glory. Swoon! Now to the product itself. Being a pasty, I chose the lightest shade. The powder itself is very finely milled and promises to ‘blur’ imperfections and prevent shine. Enriched with rose wax and almond oil, it definitely gives skin a luminous glow, blurs pores and doesn’t settle into fine lines.

However, within a couple of hours I still found myself as shiny as ever as with other less expensive powders. I was also a teeny, tiny bit disappointed the compact didn’t contain a hidden applicator for touch-ups on the go. But I’m nit-picking!

Would I repurchase? Yes – if only to have such a beautiful compact in my handbag. However, in terms of shine control, it was no better than my beloved Rimmel Stay Matte powder.

So help a girl out with her next shopping list – which Charlotte Tilbury products are you loving at the moment?
