At least I hope that’s the answer! I’m certainly giving it a damn good go after meeting the stunning Ms Davison herself last week. The Irish model and former Miss World has just released her first book of healthy recipes, Eat Yourself Beautiful, based on her nutrition blog

I popped along to Rosanna’s book launch last week, dragging Mr TBI with me (he was actually more excited than I was!). After collaring her dad Chris De Burgh for a fan photo, I had a good, stalker-esque stare at Rosanna while she signed a copy of her book for me. And I can report she is flawless! Not an enlarged pore, blackhead or broken vein in sight.

Needless-to-say, I was straight into her book, scrutinizing all the recipes on how I too might achieve such a flawless complexion. And so for the past couple of days I’ve been diligently downing Rosanna’s Green Goddess Smoothie, which promises to give you a glowing complexion and a flatter stomach. Now that I can get onboard with!

Rosanna’s recipe serves two to three people, so I reduced the quantities to serve one. And to save time, I prepared little freezer bags of the ingredients so I can whip up a smoothie with minimum effort. How’d you like them apples?!

Handful washed spinach leaves or few cubes of frozen spinach
A couple of pineapple rings
Handful blueberries
1 ripe banana
1/4 cucumber
Some grated ginger
Squeeze of a fresh lemon or lime
A few mint leaves
A splash of cold water or coconut water

Whiz up all the ingredients. And enjoy!
