Flormar Future Historical Collection

by ,

I’ve seen the future and it’s romantic, rose gold-coloured and made by Flormar. Yup, the new Flormar Future Historical collection is a pretty stunning range of products as you can see. Like most bloggers, I’m a sucker for rose gold so was thrilled when this arrived. I’ve been tirelessly trying this out for you guys (!) and here’s how I’ve been getting on.

Flormar Anti-Blemish Foundation, €11.95
This light to medium coverage foundation has anti-inflammatory ingredients so is ideal if you suffer from blemishes. Available in six shades, it’s buildable, it’s oil-free and it gives a lovely soft glow to skin. A real bargain at less than 12 quid.

Flormar Radiant Touch Brush Concealer, €7.95
Reminiscent of the pricey YSL version, this brush concealer is a pretty decent dupe. It has a smooth, creamy texture, covers dark circles quite adequately and doubles as a handy little highlighter.

Flormar Push Up Definition Mascara, €9.95
This mascara gets a big thumbs up. With an ultra fine wand, it covers lashes without clumping or flaking. And the glam packaging makes it a joy to use.

Flormar New Age Matte Liquid Lipstick, €7.95
The matte lipsticks are my standout products from the collection. The velvety liquid sets into a super matte finish. Available in six shades, in the gallery above I’m wearing 02 Tender Terra and my fave 05 Pretty Plum. Love!

Flormar Colour Stretch Eyeshadow, €6.95
I liked these mousse-like eyeshadows as they are pretty far removed from what I usually use. Available in six shades, they’re light and creamy and can be applied with your fingertips for a shimmery finish. I’d imagine I’ll pack these handy pots for my next holiday abroad.

Flormar Perfect Matte Nail Polish, €3.50
Finally, Flormar have created six matte polishes. Now while I like the idea of a matte polish – and as you can see from the gallery they are super pretty when dry – I’m old-school and prefer a high shine finish. However, if you have a spare €3.50 and want to give matte a try, you won’t go wrong with these ones.

In the gallery, I’m wearing:
- Flormar Anti-Blemish Foundation, shade 04 Ivory
- Flormar Radiant Touch Brush Concealer, shade 01 Light Ivory
- Flormar New Age Matte Liquid Lipstick, shade 02 Tender Terra
- Flormar Push Up Definition Mascara, shade Jet Black

Overall, I think the Flormar Future Historical Collection is a great budget range that looks magnificent in your make-up bag. It’s limited edition for February so if you’re interested, be quick!
