My favourite podcasts #2

My life may have shifted radically in the last few years (Marrying! Motherhood! House moves! Job changes!) but one thing has remained constant: my obsession with podcasts. No matter what mayhem the day brings, I will always fit a podcast or two in.

That’s the beauty of the spoken word – you can take it with you as you dash to the gym, on the commute to work or when you finally fall into bed at night.

I’m not a TV kinda gal so podcasts have helped me to stay connected, to learn something new every day, and are often a conversation starter around the office water-cooler.

With that said, here are five I’m currently loving:

01| Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations
Not to sound too dramatic but Oprah has changed my life! I’ve learned so much – and continue to learn – from her through her inspiring interviews with thought-leaders, authors and health and wellness experts.
Perfect for: A day when you could use a little spiritual inspiration.
Start with: Eckhart Tolle’s 10-part series on his book, A New Earth.
